The project consists of the ground-up development of a new three-story building and was completed in December 2021. The facility was originally managed by Public Storage, but was sold and is now owned and managed by Prime Storage Group.

Relf Architect, P.C., and was originally managed by CubeSmart. It is now managed by StorageMart under their Manhattan Mini Storage brand. The project opened in November 2023.

Mequity redeveloped an office building and parking deck located at the confluence of the East Cobb, Cumberland/Galleria, and Sandy Springs submarkets of metro Atlanta. The project involved the conversion of the existing structures into a 130,000 gross square foot climate controlled self storage facility. The property is in a very high-visibility location, near the intersection of Powers Ferry Road and the I-285 “Perimeter” highway. The building is visible to over 200,000 vehicles per day on the Perimeter. Phase 1 opened in December 2019. Phase 2 opened in September 2020. The facility was designed by Frank G. Relf Architect, P.C., and was originally developed as a CubeSmart, but was sold and is now owned and managed by Extra Space.

Although the building was originally built as a storage facility for a moving company, the layout and systems had become functionally obsolete. Mequity gutted the interior of the building, and installed new storage units as well as new elevator, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and access control systems to bring the building up to modern standards for climate-controlled self storage.
